The Company engaged SMG to review the Company’s investor relations materials and methods of communicating with its shareholders, analysts, brokers and other professionals in the financial services industry as well as markets not generally considered by the junior resource industry. The Company will pay SMG a monthly fee of $5,000 and reimburse SMG for all reasonable expenses incurred in connection with the fulfillment of its obligations up to $2500 per month, with any expenses in excess thereof being subject to the Company’s prior approval.
